Ishwar Subramanian
About
I work at Zoox, an Amazon subsidiary building a fully ground-up autonomous vehicle, where I lead engineering for suspension and driveline systems. I graduated from Caltech in 2018 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and swam for Caltech's D3 swim team in my Freshmen, Sophomore, and Senior years.
Before coming to the US I lived and schooled in 5 countries: UAE, UK, Australia, China, and India. Through this multicultural experience, I have developed a deep appreciation of different cultures but also a desire to dedicate myself to engineering pursuits that have an impact on underserved communities globally.
In my spare time I love to watch video essays, eat, tinker, read, and, most of all, surf!
